230.5 when I woke up and 233 after 4 mile run in the evening after supper.
I did the 4 miler in 31:54 – was pretty fast but felt like cheating a lot – I had energy but just didn’t seem to have the focus. Nice thing though when I would slow down to 6 or 6.6 mph it felt nice and easy.
After I did the 4 miles my legs felt kind of tight so I did a half mile walk on 7:30 to help stretch things out. Everything seems pretty good now.
No Coke again today – so that is still going pretty well – not too many snacks today either so I wasn’t compensating for the calories from the Coke which is also good. I will just have to wait and see what my weight is tomorrow. Hopefully I can finally break that damned 230 barrier!
