#trainingrun – Sept 10, 2013 (Tuesday) – 4.16 miles at 1% incline in 30 minutes

I was 219 when I woke up this morning and 220.5 after the evening run.

I’m not sure why the weight gain over the day but it should settle by tomorrow morning – I don’t think I ate anything too weird today but if things haven’t settled by tomorrow morning I will have to look closer.

So the run tonight was very solid – I started with a 2.5 minute walk at 5% incline for 0.16 miles.  I then kicked off the actual run with alternating 1 minute at 7.5 mph and 3 minutes at 9 mph – did this cycle 4 times and then backed off a bit and for the remaining 14 minutes I had a total of 2 minutes of walking and remainder at 7.5 or 9 mph with most of the 9 mph stretches were 2 minutes long – I then finished with 30 seconds at 10 mph following 1.5 minutes at 9 mph.  This gave me a total of 4.16 miles in 30 minutes.  All in all, very good and it felt like a very solid push.
