233.5 when woke up and 229.5 after 17 mile run in 2:34.

Run was done in the late morning and felt pretty slow and tough to get motivated.  I think I have to do these runs earlier (and hopefully outside!) from now on to help with the motivation factor.  Basically should have a quick breakfast and then run so that it is clear in my head that the run will be done in the morning and I’m not tempted to blow things off.

It was nice to see the weight drop below 230 again even if it was mostly water loss but we had a rather large lunch and then a light supper and birthday cake for Heather’s Mom’s birthday.  So I suspect my weight will be up again in the morning.

Still going strong with the whole “no Coke” thing – having to have coffee now and then though to make up for the loss of caffeine but at least there is a lot less sugar in coffee compared to Coke.
