  • 5 miles in 34:49 @ 1% incline – much faster run than I expected tonight – felt good.

  • 4.45 miles in 40:01 outside this morning. Paths are a lot better but still icy enough to slow me down – but nice to be outside!

  • 20.1 miles in 3:25:30 – still slow and icy. Luckily no rain last night after all. Mind got a bit dark at mile 13 but got it sorted
