    231 when woke up – 233 after 4 mile run in the evening. Completed the run in 34:14 with 2 minutes of walking and the rest at 7 and 7.5 mph.  Run felt very solid with little to no cheating on the treadmill.  If I caught myself trying to cheat I would either focus again…
