234.5 when woke up – 232 after 8 mile run in the evening.

The run was 8 miles in 70 minutes with about 2 minutes of walking.  Didn’t push too hard but did do one stretch of 29 minutes at 7 mph.

Things felt pretty good but there was some cheating on the treadmill near the end that I will have to watch for.  For these medium runs I can slow down but cheating is not allowed at all.  I should also look at more run / walk cycles for the medium runs – maybe kick them in about half way through the runs?  Not sure on that – I will have to think about it more.

Other than that overall my legs and cardiovascular health feel good – I’m not seeing any reoccurrence of the knee issues I had in the fall.  So things are looking good.
