January 15th – my wife and I got back into town late / last night early this morning from running the Goofy and a Half Challenge – I will provide more details later but I did complete the whole challenge – my fastest challenge yet but still not where I hoped. I will be posting day by day thoughts through the day today including my thoughts on the half and full marathons.
First things first though – we had a blizzard while we were away and I have to shovel snow – I had to shovel a path last night when we got home just to be able to get the van off the street. Yay. Plus the furnace seems to be acting up so I will have to look closer at that and see what is going on there….
Now that I am back and things should be less hectic I look forward to scooting around the net and reading reviews and race reports from others. Should be interesting.
