238 when woke up 5 miles tonight in 45:50 – only 1 min of walking rest at 6.6 mph – no cheating. Nice change – weekend runs kind of sucked due to the cold – they were faster than the last weekend outdoor portions but the cold and slippery sections (as well as greasy sections)…
