Weight loss info so far – I didn’t really have a lot of info for September so it isn’t in this graph but I did start tracking my weight daily on October 11th. The chart shows weight in pounds from October 11th to December 13th, 2012 with a goal line mapped out to January 10th, 2012.
I weigh myself each morning before my shower – doing it that way the weight can fluctuate daily depending on how dehydrated I am from the previous day’s run but it does help cut down on other variables such as how heavy a breakfast I had, etc.
I usually take 2-4 measurements on the scale and take the first matching pair of readings I get as my weight. This helps cut down on standing on the scale wrong and ending up with a pound swing one way or the other.
I am still correlating my info from before I started the blog and will be adding that info soon – in that info I will talk about what I am doing besides the running to get my weight to come down.
