  • 7.5 miles in 60:30 at 1% incline – missed my run yesterday so added a few miles tonight – felt kinda awful

  • 5 miles in 38:02 at 1% – surprised run was that fast – gait was off when I tried to really push – was almost like a limp run – strange

  • Well that kind of sucked – back of my thighs kept wanting to cramp up – still got my 5 miles in but it was slooow

  • 10 miles 83:57 at 1% incline – not too bad – still 190 training miles and 35.5 days until getting on the plane for Goofy Challenge in January!
