229.5 when I woke up and 230 after evening run.

Run was very solid – 4.02 miles in 34 minutes with 1 minute of walking and the remainder at 7.2 mph.  Things felt very good and there was no cheating or slowing down during the run.  Definitely a very good run with none of the motivation or energy issues from the Sunday run.

Weight stayed below 230 this morning and should be again tomorrow morning as well (ran pretty close to supper time today so that weight will show in my after run weigh in).  Very positive and very encouraging – looks like things are working again for weight loss.  Still too early to celebrate but it looks like I have hit the right combo of elements again.

Still going strong with “no Coke” and having 2 protein shakes in the morning and watching snacks and what I eat the rest of the day.  Tuesdays are always tough though – as soon as I get off work my wife and I take the kids to their swimming lessons and we don’t have time for supper until later in the evening which provides extra opportunity to snack – definitely something to be conscious of.
