I only had 6 miles scheduled tonight but I was feeling pretty amped after signing up for the 2015 Dopey Challenge earlier today. So I kind of unloaded and went for 10 miles instead.
I only walked for one minute in there (after I was 6 miles in) and I managed a few minutes all the way up at 10.2 mph. Felt pretty solid with no aches or pains. Awesome.
Changing up my schedule for tomorrow night and over the weekend. I won’t be running tomorrow but I will looking at running all 4 days of the long weekend. Basically looking at a mini Dopey actually. Should be interesting.
