Took me 19:40 to do the 2.45 miles – did 2 minutes of walking total, 1.5 minutes at 9 mph and the remainder at 8 mph. Pretty solid run and felt very good. I thought my legs would not be too impressed with me after the 17.55 miles in the morning but they actually felt really good. Whoohoo. So I was able to push pretty good and I am happy with result. I won’t be trying to do the long runs this way (broken into 2 parts) but it is good to know that it can work for me if I need it to due to weather or lack of time, etc.
Now heading into another big week with a total of 50 scheduled miles and a few inches of snow called for in the next 24 hours and way low temperatures forecast for the weekend. So glad the treadmill is fixed!
