238 this morning – was 235.5 yesterday morning and 234 Monday morning – so up 4 pounds in 2 days – yay I am sure a lot of it is short term retained water, etc but still disappointing to see even when you are expecting it.
I did manage to get in a short run yesterday on the new treadmill but I was not feeling particularly good when I did it – if I tried to put on any speed at all I felt nauseous so I think I tried to run too soon after supper. In the end I ran 2.78 miles in 30 minutes and shut it down.
The new treadmill itself did pretty good – very solid machine with no jerking or shaking when I tried higher speeds. Hoping my run tonight goes better so I can really give it a push.
