234 when woke up

No running today but definitely a lot of physical work removing the old treadmill from the basement and bring in the new one and setting it up.

So definitely did not hit my weight goal for today / this past week –  there does seem to still be a trend downward but I need to focus and make sure it starts moving properly.  I have missed a couple of mid-week runs in the past few weeks and that will have had an impact as have various holiday related meals.  The interesting thing is physically I look and feel different than I did a couple weeks ago when I first hit this level – so potentially I have added some muscle.

My intention is to make sure that I watch how much I consume in the next couple weeks and ensure that I am hitting all my scheduled training runs.  I will need to push the intensity on these runs to make sure the metabolism is up as well.  I’m hoping I can hit 232 for the morning of the 27th – that would put me 2 pounds behind the goal level but it would be the same 2 pounds I have been off since things went a bit off track around Dec 6th.  If I can make that happen and maybe drop another pound over the weekend to get down to 231 next Monday that would be good.  I would like to be at 227 on Jan 7th but I’m not sure how likely that is with the time remaining and the holiday season being upon us.  All that being said I would still be super exited if I could hit the 230 mark by the same point which should be possible.
