After taking the weekend off to cough (well that’s what it seemed like anyway), I managed to get in a decent run tonight.
I did a minute a 7 mph and then pushed up to 9 mph intending to go for a minute at that speed but my lungs rebelled, so I backed off to 8 mph after about 30 seconds and finished out the minute. I then did another minute at 7 mph and 2 more at 8 mph to complete a 5 minute cycle. I then repeated the same cycles until I hit the 4 mile mark and shut it down.
Definitely not my fastest run but much better than I was expecting considering how my weekend was!
