Still definitely fighting a stomach bug of some sort from the weekend. I ended up taking the afternoon off work to rest but things seemed to have mostly settled by supper time. So I waited a bit after supper and everything felt good so I hopped on the treadmill.
Not the best of runs but not too horrible. I could tell pretty quickly that I didn’t have the energy to do speed work but I could still hold a pretty decent solid pace. So I did that instead of speed intervals.
Ended up with 5 miles in 37:30 with a couple minutes of walking thrown in there.
Here’s hoping that the bug is done and i can train a bit harder tomorrow!
