Started pretty slow tonight as I just wasn’t feeling it, but I managed to start pushing myself harder and after 5-10 minutes I was pretty focused.
Most of the run was done alternating 7.4 mph and 9.5 mph with no walking. Felt very strong near the end – could have kept going.
Looking forward to a 10 miler and a 20 miler outside this weekend – although they are calling for snow and maybe freezing rain overnight Friday into Saturday. That will be awesome! I drove around the neighborhood yesterday and the paths I run on are fully clear but probably won’t be on Saturday now. Yay Winnipeg!
