I really, really did not feel like running tonight but I forced myself to get started. Even still it took about 4 miles before I managed to settle in and run stronger. I had a total of 5 minutes of walking in the 10 miles and 4 minutes of that were part of the first 4 miles. Definitely a rough beginning.
In the end I did the 10 miles in a solid 75:26 @ 1% incline – I finished feeling good or at least way better than when I started. I’m glad I managed to run.
