I swapped out today’s shorter run for tomorrow’s longer run tonight. I am going to be short on time tomorrow night and getting in a strong 10 miler would be tough. So I took it strong and steady today for the 10 mile run.
I only had 4 minutes of walking through the 10 miles and most of the run was at 7.2 or 7.4 mph with the last 15 minutes or so at 7.6 mph. I just wanted to make sure I ran with no drama and had to do some practicing running at a steady pace.
So I did the full 10 in 82:22. A very respectable pace and felt good when I was done. What more can you ask for?
