220.5 when I woke up and 221.5 after evening run.

Run tonight was 3.9 miles in 30 minutes – total of 3 minutes walking about 3 minutes of 7 mph and remainder split between 7.5 and 9 – longest period at 9 mph was 2 minutes.  Run was at 1% incline.

Everything felt good on the run and no issues.  Very solid.

Spent about a half hour in the pool before supper and then another half hour after the run was over.  The first chunk was mostly just relaxing but the second chunk was resistance training and doing laps.  Nice cool down.
