229 when I woke up this morning – 227.5 after morning run
Ran 4.5 miles this morning in about 44 minutes. Legs were definitely feeling it – I think they are still a bit roughed up from the wheel barrow work lately. Took it easy and things felt pretty slow but I really didn’t have the push to go faster. In the end pace was better than 6 mph for the run so not horrible considering I am out of practice but definitely need to get regular on the runs again and get moving on focused training.
