237 when woke up – 236 after run (more on the run later)

234.5 yesterday when woke up.

Run tonight was 4 miles done in 30 minutes.  Lots of cheating on the treadmill but really pushed hard to try to help get the cardiovascular level up.  There was only 1 minute of walking, 1 minute at 6 mph and 2 minutes at 7 mph – rest was at 8 and 9 mph.

Overall the run felt good and the higher speeds were definitely a confidence builder.  I am thinking what I might do for every Tuesday run is the same sort of thing – run like mad to get speed – cheat whenever I have to and just go fast.  The rest of the week will be regular runs but do this once a week to up cardio and confidence.

It will interesting to see what the run tomorrow will be like – what will my speed be like without any kind of cheating?  I guess I have to wait to see tomorrow.
