233.5 when I woke up (was 234 the first morning back after our trip but jumped up to 236 and 236.5 the next 2 days)
This is the first running day of the new training plan for the Manitoba Marathon. I did 6.6 miles in 59 minutes. There was about 4 minutes of walking in there but the default speed was 7 mph.
Things felt surprisingly good considering it was my longest run since finishing the Goofy Challenge. Plus I felt good the next day so the vacation didn’t break me completely. Decent start but a long road to follow at this point.
For my weight loss goals I will place 233.5 as my new starting weight for this round which is 23.5 pounds down from my original marked starting weight. Almost, but not quite, 10% loss of my overall body weight. I will be marking my end goal for this session as 210 pounds meaning I need to lose what I have up to now, one more time – should be doable.
I will shortly post a weight loss goal tracking chart and it will show a goal closer to 207 so I will shoot for and track versus that goal but count 210 as my official goal to give me a bit of a buffer.
