First run after getting home from the Goofy. Dropped 3.35 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill. Legs felt great and had loads of energy – the 3.35 felt short, like I needed to do more. Its nice to know that I pulled off the Goofy with no injuries and have recovered so quickly.
I need to continue my weight loss and training plan that I used for the Goofy – it is obviously working.
Weight was 233 this morning when I woke and after I finished the run.
