Another 5 miler this week – took this one nice and easy. Did 15 minutes at around 7.5 mph and the remainder at 8 mph.
We got home from the kids’ swimming lessons fairly late and I will have to get up early tomorrow to put in my Saturday run. I wanted to make sure I didn’t push too hard and make that run too rough.
It felt good to just cruise tonight so I should be good to go tomorrow.
