3.85 miles in 29 minutes at 1% incline – fast run – just trying to add a couple more miles for 2013

Just a quick strong push tonight to add a few unscheduled miles to top up my mileage for the year.  I still have a 4 mile run scheduled tomorrow and then 2013 is in the bag.

Everything felt good and fell into place quickly.  Nice quick recovery considering I did 13.5 yesterday, guess that training thing is working.  I was worried I would have some issues since I ran sooner after supper than I would have normally but no issues so it’s all good.

Get my 4 miles in tomorrow and I am at 1400 miles for the year!
